Check out the 30° Offset Pump Wrenches. When I bought my stuffing box wrenches, one came from a local marine supplier (he only had one) and the second one came from MSC Industrial Supply Company (catalog from my job). This outfit delivers via UPS really quickly, usually the next day.

I've seen such wrenches at Grainger in both 1-7/8" and 2" sizes.

Granted, there are good alternatives to some of his approaches, but he won't lead you astray. This is a book you can trust. Now expanded in its second edition.
